Order Info

Before You Order

  • Double-check your address! Every year, hundreds of customers forget their street number or apartment number and packages bounce back to us.

  • Include a phone number. Some shipping carriers need it to arrange delivery times.

  • If you’d like faster mail times, email us at info@kittyonfirerecords.combefore ordering and we can suggest upgraded shipping options.

Country-Specific Notes

CANADA

  • Just make sure your address is complete — we’re shipping from inside Canada, so no issues expected.

EUROPE

  • A phone number is required for customs between Canada and Europe.

  • You must also include your legal name because mail carriers need it to deliver your package.

USA

  • Please include both your street number and apartment number (if you have one).

  • These is the #1 mistake we see from US orders!

BRAZIL — ACTION REQUIRED

  • At checkout, you must enter your full name with CPF number, like this:
    Janette Doberman, CPF 486.405.486-73

  • A valid phone number is required.

  • Once you receive your tracking number:

    1. Go to Meu Correios: meucorreios.correios.com.br

    2. Use the “Minhas Importações” (My Imports) page to manually link your tracking number to your CPF.

    3. Wait for customs approval, then pay the import tax on the Correios website.

    4. Keep checking the portal until delivery is released.

⚠️ Important: Correios requires a CPF to identify and tax your package. If it’s missing or not linked, the package will be returned to us. The payment window is short — usually about one week.

  • Orders usually ship out within a week (sometimes faster, sometimes slower).

  • You’ll get a tracking info once your order’s on the way from either Bandcamp or Shopify

  • Want to update your mailing address? Email us ASAP

Tickets

  • Bring your ID

  • If you are less than the age of the age restriction, you will not be able to get into the show (if you are 17 you cannot get into a 18+ show, 20 will not get into 21+)

  • Not refundable

Customs

  • International customers are responsible for import duties/taxes charged by their country.

  • Please check your local rules so you know what to expect.
