Late Order?

If your order feels much later than expected, please check the email address you used at checkout.

You may have a message from info@kittyonfirerecords.com.

In many cases we flag incomplete addresses and are simply waiting for a corrected address before shipping!


Cancellations and Refunds

Orders may be cancelled as long as they have not yet shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Please take a moment to double check that your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order.

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If your mailing address is in Brazil, you must link your tracking information to your CPF on the Meu Correios website.
If this step is not completed, the order may be denied by customs and we will not be able to offer a refund.

Digital items are final sale.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If something is damaged or not quite right, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will re send your item.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Returns

We accept returns on unworn, unused merchandise in its original condition.

Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must be shipped back at the customer’s expense unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
